Inaudible - Speakerface (Studio Mix)

Proper bass treat in a mix by UK-based producer Inaudible. One of the best mid-tempo / heavy bass / twisted beatz shit mix I've heard in a while. It is a collection of his own remixes and original tracks. His music just shows that - given an intelligent and skillful producer, who knows how to squeeze proper juice from his machines - the glitch hop with heavy basslines, occasional wobbles and serious distortions do not need to be a boring, repetitious, and straight dumb, filthy affair (like 80% of what is being released or pushed recently under dubstep / glitch-hop / heavy bass tags). No sarcasm intended, just a statement of fact. Unfortunately. Enjoy this mix, it will be a real pleasure for your ears.

Inaudible - Feed me your email EP

Inaudible is a glitch hop / heavy bass / wonky / dubstep producer from UK with a few nice releases in 2010. His latest trune, Quiet Addict  from his Feed me your email EP was a surprising hit of the end of 2010 here in DrKrank's camp, making it immediately to the top tracks of 2010. I have been humming to myself "Small beautiful quiet addicts" for days now and don't see an end to this little, perverted addiction. From the opening notes this slow-burning, hot and dark roller spins fat beat and sick, deep, heavy bass in all directions simultaneously to the mesmerizing vocalizations which will hook you instantly. You will with this track never to end. Inaudible himself describes this track as follows: "tastes like a slow shot of skag in your eyeball, or a dubstep number featuring an eerie vocal hook over a bubbling 8 bit lead and crackling percussion." Ha, ha can't disagree indeed.
The second tune Carnival is a similar offering. Powerful, glitched up 8-bit bleeps and twisted synths riding on a heavy slabs of bass in a kind of slow-mo dubstep meditation. Inaudible illustrated his track with a nice video:

All in all, great piece of intelligent, original and eclectic heavy bass music which I can only heartily recommend to any open-minded listeners. Don't miss this EP - buy it via Inaudible's bandcamp.and get addicted!

Inaudible was kind enough to give away Quiet Addict for free!  Grab this masterpiece and get addicted!

Glitch and crunk in da House: Lorn, Misk, J.me.J, Inaudible, NastyNasty, Mochipet

LORN -  CONTRAST

I'm a big fan of the mysterious "sworn-to-blackLORN (you may have a chance to see how big soon, I hope, but shhhh, nothing is confirmed yet). He has been signed up with the mighty FlyLo's Brainfeeder and his full-length debut Nothing Else will drop early June this year. Thus I was really stoked to see him posting a track via Twitter. As it turned out this tune was made in 2006 :) but it has a damn fine mood and this oldschool 'cold-wave' synths and pads are just killing!

Misk - Nintendont EP MegaMix by verminstreet

Preview of the super dope EP by Misk released yesterday on VerminStreet to be downloaded via the best site for glitch / heavy bass, i.e. Addictech, including dirty remixes by NastyNasty  and Petr Passive. Read more on Misk in my review of one of the best albums I heard last year - Saturation.

Speaking of NastyNasty, here is another sick mid-tempo banger Damn Girl to be released soon on Frite Nite. Oh boy...

NastyNasty - Damn Girl by fritenite

More fat glitch goodies comes with the first release of the new UK-based glitch-hop label - Skanky Panky Records. Four sick, mid-tempo tracks with j.me.j's Gut Romper and William Breakspeaker's vs. SixAm -Vowel Mouthed  being my favorite ones. Grab the entire release on Addictech. It's nice to see Europe finally waking up to the new electronic sound originating from across the pond.

Storm Therapy by inaudible

More crunky glitch hop made in UK. Inaudible, whose tracks I covered some time ago on my blog, has dropped a very tight, whompy and ass-kicking release on the forward-thinking US label - Muti Music. The ultra crunky and spacey bassline and sick synths would easily destroy any dancefloor. Production is absolutely top-notch and Inaudible has real power under his buttons, I highly recommend his stuff to you. One of the toughest motherfu****s on the scene at the moment. You can buy the release on ... well, you know already - Addictech :)

Noah23 Blackstone (Mochipet Remix) by Mochipet

Finally, an ol' good Mochipet in another epic, crunky remix.
