Breezblock - Dubstep Warz 5 Years Anniversary

Oh boy, this was THE SHOW. If I am to mention one, single event/phenomenon that hooked me for years with dubstep, this must be the Breezblock Dubstep Warz, the fifth anniversary of which was on 11 January 2011. Yeah, five f...g years with ultra deep sub-bass, syncopated 140bmp beat, half-step, drum-step, grime, wobble and other mutations. And finally, the darkness on the dancefloor and fire in your limbs which you tried forcing to dance to this crazy rhythm. Praise be Mary Anne Hobbs for all the years of support and this particular cult broadcast. I am waiting for another one of such proportions in some other music genre. Nothing in sight yet, sadly. Enjoy the show (on mixcloud or download it via hotfile) - this music has not aged at all, at all!! .....

BEAT BUILDING PROJECT - STARKEY, RESO AND ANNEKA in Mary Anne Hobbs' Experimental show

Hectic, messy, intense, and very funny special show with Philly's Street Bass don, Starkey racing against the clock to build a totally new tune from scratch with the suport of a well-known dubstep producer and percussionist, Reso, and vocalist Anneka, plus hundreds of samples sent for this particular endevour by friends, Radio 1 stuff, producers and listerners. WOW!!  It was Roni Size who originally came up with this fantastic idea 10 years ago, he tested this in the studio with MC Dynamite.

While Starkey and crew are busy working and tension builds up in the world famous BBC's Maida Vale studios, Mary Anne Hobbs plays, as usual, great and eclectic selection of fantastic tracks with one of my faves from Starkey - Fidelio, great new Reso, N-type shit, beautiful Mizz Beats' Deep Medi - tradamerak sound, Mosca's Square One remix (Mosca will be on the show on Feb2)  or great future beats from collaboration of P.U.D.G.E & Dibiase or Shlomo.

Then finally, after two hours of growing tension, the built track drops! Was it worth waiting? Downlad the created track and check for yourselves.

Starkey (feat. Reso and Anneka) — Moments Of Mine

10 years ago, Ronis Size had 4 hours, in 2010 Starkey and co. had just 2! Gosh, techhnology is one thing but time-pressure creative beat making is quite another. And you know what (to use MAH famous phrase) - Starkey, Reso and Anneka f....g did it succesfully in barely 2h. People are working on such tunes for weeks ...

I post here two links to this fantastic show:

Beat Building with Starkey, Reso and Anneka (Radio 1 streaming)

If you can, please listen to this show online (active till next Thursday) to support Mary Anne Hobbs and her fantastic program. Also check incredible photos there and watch out for the film footage on her youtube channel soon!
Unfortunately, I've always had enormous problems with streaming her shows from Radio 1's site (never succeeded as a matter of fact?). I believe there are more of such listeners out there. I could not resist myself this time - for all of you I post a downloadable version of this breath-taking show.

Mary Anne Hobbs - Experimantal - Modeselektor, Machine Drum, Lorn, Daedelus

I have not posted M.A.H. Experimental for a while, but now she had such a series of killing shows YOU MUST NOT MISS that you can expect the full coverage on my blog.  Let's start from two shows aired in October.

First the show including exclusive mixes by Modeselektor and Machine Drum. Berlin-based duo Modeselektor explores very diverse regions of electronic music in their mix, which is actually more laidback and dreamy offering than their usual, famous live sets. But the real winner of this show for me is a a prolific New Yorker, Machine Drum's set. He will soon launch a regular club night with Lazer Sword, Mike Slott (Lucky Me), Jimmy Edgar in NYC- OMG what a f...g collection of forward thinking artists!! New Yorkers watch out. The mix is full of originals and remixes by the man, including my fave remix - neon acid remix of Gucci Sweatshirt by Lazer Sword, and also a track Mux Mool who is another of my favorite artists hailing from US. You can download Machine Drum's full-length "Want to 1 2" from iTunes, and expect a physical release of this album early 2010 (along with some other goodies on which he collaborated). Definitely, one of the most underrated releases out there!!!

Another great show was aired a week earlier. On 22 October 2009 MAH featured exclusive mixes by Daedalus and Lorn. West Coast par excellance with two eccentric artists. Daedalus probably needs no introduction as he is tirelessly releasing great chunks of weird IDM, experimental electronic music and touring across the world. He has actually visited Poland a few times, the last time just a few weeks ago, unfortunately I did not manage to go there :( The mix featured in this show was origingally recorded and aired in the spring when MAH released an entire series of West Coast oriented stuff.
Lorn is a pretty mysterious guy producing absolutely outstanding and mind-bending music, check the review of his eerie and beautiful EP Grief Machine by your humble narrator on glitch.fm. As an introduction of Lorn read an excerpt from my feature: "Lorn has recently joined the mighty Brainfeeder. He's just posted a few beat-rap tracks (feat. Notorious B.I.G, Mobb Deep). Wake up, fucked up is my personal best in this set. Check it to see how diverse Lorn's sound is. His brrap edits push hip-hop genre to a totally different level and once again prove that glitch-hop (lazer bass, brap) is the genre of the future. As opposed to classic hip-hop, in the case of glitch-hop, acacapellas seem to be just a booster to amazing beats and bleeps churned out by the big community of fantastic producers hailing from US. Lorn is definitely in the fore-front of this movement."

MARY ANNE HOBBS - WILD ANGELS

BBC Radio 1 host of the cult “Experimental” show (formerly known as Breezeblock), a DJ, and motorcycle enthusiast Mary Anne Hobbs is back with her third compilation, following 'Evangeline' released June 2008 and a debut for the label 'Warrior Dubz' in October 2006. 'Wild Angels' was released on 8th of September 2009 in US on Planet Mu

As can be expected from the lady extremely versed in new music, constantly on the fringes of future beat of the scene, M.A.H. interests and search for quality experimental stuff has expanded to reach out as far as the West Coast of U.S. and the electronic music (r)evolution currently taking place there. Although being mainly associated with dubstep/grimey scene, this time Mary Anne Hobbs offers a compilation of groundbreaking electronica focusing more on future hip-hop beats, crispy neon synths and acquacrunk melodies, going much beyond the restraints of one music genre. To regular listeners of her show this would come as no surprise.

“Wild Angels” encompass a broad spectrum of bass music ranging from wonky Bristol / Glasgow sound (e.g. Gemmy, Rustie, Hudson Mohawke, Mike Slott, Starkey and a few others) through thriving West Coast IDM / glitch scene (Mono/Poly, Nosaj Thing, Teebs, Architeq) to unrestrained mind-bending electronic voyages into weird neural structures (Mark Prichards in the drone of the year!) or music which escapes easy generalizations (e.g. Floating Points, electro-acoustic Sunken Foal, Legion of Two). You won’t find pure dubstep - whatever this term means nowadays - or grime here.

In M.A.H. new compilation the majority of slots are taken by wonky / acquacrunk / neon trips and most of them actually need no introduction, and they are among my favorite productions this year.
Starkey’s Gutter Music V.I.P. from groundbreaking Ephemeral Exhibits always enchants me with its dysfunctional yet totally infectious synths and weird beat. A real beauty and the beast! If you say Starkey, the chances are Rustie will emerge soon. Zig-Zag’s distorted melodies are quintessential Lucky Me material and I strongly encourage you to check this man’s Bad Science EP. Next highlight of “Wild Angels” is Spotted in which another representative of Lucky Me, Hudson Mohawke bathes acquacrunk post hip-hop beats in neon synth solos, light, warm and helping to nod your head vigorously to beautiful, laidback vibe. Mike Slott in Knock Knock crafts a very delicate sound texture for sunny Sunday afternoon walks in the park as if playing on the piano built of glass beads.

Moving to Bristol, one simply has to mention Gemmy, next to Joker, most prominent representative of the so-called “Purple Wow” sound. His Rainbow Road pulsates with fresh energy, vivacity and proper bass. It is soaked with great lazer synths, extremely infectious melody line and broken 4x4 beat making it an instant hit and the tip of the entire compilation. I am really impressed with his ultra tight production skills. Hyetal and Tranqill both work quite skillfully with spacious sound textures in smoothly flowing tunes designed for chill-out zones. Urban sound producer and remixer from London, Brackles, delivers stomping 2-step beats with synth bravado (again! Synths are the trademark of this compilation) and Kosheen’s samples in the background. Very solid track.

West Coast sound is represented by the producers heavily promoted by Mary Anne Hobbs on her show in West Coast Rocks / Pacific Clash series. The most prominent of them is of course
Nosaj Thing. I absolutely love every piece of music produced by Jason Chung, his Drift album is this year’s best release in my private ranking. IOIO is the quintessential IDM of the future, the track whose dreamy aesthetics and liquid, smooth synths melt me inside like a snowball in a Sahara heat. Teebs in his exclusive track, WLTA, takes the listener for a trip to laidback ocean of pleasant melody and groovy beat. Another big name on my US list, Mono/Poly, attacks the listener with bass heavy sonic missile and glitched to the max synths and distorted beats. This tune stands in relative opposition to neon synths of Lucky Me crew. Raw energy, cut-up bleeps and beeps, post hip-hop beats and occasional acapellas are the characteristics of producers hailing from Pacific Coast of US, just to mention Lazer Sword, Daedalus, Samiyam or Exile (some of them associated with fantastic Flying Lotus’ label Brainfeeder). TAKE’s remix of Secret Bear Lament by Architeq follows the same pattern with multi-layered composition full of delayed and distorted vocals, glitched synths and pulsating bassline. I LOVE WEST COAST SOUND!!

Finally, a few ‘head case’ tunes. Starting from absolutely fantastic intro drone by
Mark Pritchard called “?”. The frequency of this little gem reminds me strongly of productions created as a music guide in trips induced by some potent hallucinogenic plants like DMT or psilocybin (if you like it I suggest checking the self titled EP of Time Machines, better known as Coil). Live music duo from Ireleand, Legion Of Two, evokes dark horror images in one of the best tracks I’ve heard this year. The combination of live drums and absolutely mesmerizing synths along with hellish bassline make me greet my teeth nervously and look at my co-slaves with wolfish eye. I remember the first time I heard LoT on MAH show. I thought, WTF? I was pressed into my chair by the irresistible wall of dark sound and was immediately transported into the realm of gothic knights fighting with horrible monsters (pardon my ‘gamer’ imagination). What a great way to end this fantastic compilation! I have to mention another great tune from Ireland. Electroacoustic band Sunken Foal in Of Low Count and Light Pocket has won me over with beautiful and powerful vocals, classic string guitars but most of all moog-like crispy synths reminding me of a score to independent French movies of the 70’s.

'Wild Angels' is a personal selection done by Mary Anne Hobbs, and any avid listener of electronic music would obviously have a slightly different view about what is missing or what should not be included here. But in my opinion she managed quite well to capture the ‘spirit’ of the current bass electronic scene offering quite a diverse and broad spectrum of most interesting producers exploring various territories. All in all one of the best releases this year.

Low End Theory Podcast vol. 7 - Gaslamp Killer vs. Mary Anne Hobbs

Low End Theory can do no wrong in the podcast department. Vol. 7 in now-becoming cult series introduces a cross-Atlantic clash of uber personalities, namely the man behind Alpha Pup Records pushing the boundaries of glitched hip hop & electronic music, an icon of West Coast movement - the mighty Gaslamp Killer who meets the Lady in Dubz, one and only Mary Anne Hobbs who needs no introduction.

Episode 7: Mixes by Gaslamp Killer and Mary Anne Hobbs

THIS PODCAST IS EPIC!!!

Gaslamp Killer delivers a killing set of bass heavy, dubstep and glitch smashers like e.g. Joker and Ginz remix of Zero 7 , Eprom's Humanoid (my personal top-3 track this year) and many more but then merges them with some stuff (if I am not mistaken) off his EP released recently, thus creating dark dark dark mood. Scary and infectious as usual :)
Mary Anne Hobbs presents pretty experimental and eclectic and urban mini-mix, very 'planet-mu' oriented, which is no surrprise as on 8th September, MAH releases her third compilation "Wild Angels" (IMHO the best one to-date) and goes on a US tour. Stay tuned for the review and all the details within the next 2-3 days.

No tracklist as usual.

Mary Anne Hobbs - Mochipet vs. Guido vs. Computer Jay 08.07.09

2009-07-08 Mary Anne Hobbs -Guido vs Mochipet vs Computer_Jay [HOTFILE]

Mary Anne Hobbs never disappoints, her shows introduced me to so many artists over the years I’ve lost the count. Mixes she features in Radio One Experimental are usually top-notch. For some time already her selection seemed to drift a bit away from dubstep more towards west coast / crunky / wonky / lazer / glitch hop sound (well I’m talking about certain overall and very generalized trend as MAH has never failed to cover the broadest possible range of interesting electronic music and never stuck to one particular genre). The show with mixes by Mochipet vs. Guido vs. Computer Jay is a good example here. For me personally, one of the best MAH shows this year.

Mochipet shows all his skills in operating the knobs and buttons delivering bass-heavy bullet straight in yer head, starting off with MJ’s remix, soaking his product with crazy breakcore beats and whomped synths plus head-nodding and seriously glitched hip hop and spicing all this with some dubstep. Well, I love Mochi, and I love this mix! Mochipet has just released a first remix single of his fanstastic Master P on Atari – Godzilla New Year, with great remixers such as Ana Sia, Vibesquad, An-ten-nae, Mimosa, David Starfire. Expect a longer review after my holidays when I get access to proper net connection and my paypal account :) Check the release here.

Bristol-based Guido also delivers a fantastic mix of his own productions. Urban soundz cooked in a wonky way, at first preparing listeners to the main course with some softer r&b but then, oh.. then this tastes like nothing else. Bristol has become a source of so many fantastic producers popping up all over the place that I seriously suspect some ultra-strong lay lines crossing this land or a hand of some mythic goddess of creativity. Guido’s twelve will be released on Perverelist’s label – Punch Drunk later this Autumn – you better watch out, this will be BIIIIG!!

Now moving to West Coast again – Computer Jay whose sound is described by him as “a digital and analog melt of vintage moogs and circuit-bent commodore 64’s and beat banging drum machines”. Well, I have nothing to add to this description, maybe apart from the fact that it is actually much more than that! Crunky, a bit oldschool sounding, yet extremely original IDM. Another great West Coast electronic artist on his way to fame, I have no doubt about this. You’ll definitely hear more about him in the future.

Finally, in Headz Up Section, Milos from Serbia presents one of the best West Coast labels from SF – Muti Music represented here by Great Scott’s (founder of new internet radio station Glitch FM devoted to West Coast trademark sound of glitch hop / turbo crunk / lazer bass and similar) typical glitch hop killer Theorists, Subvert’s bass-heavy anthem Speaker Humpin and Klone’s spaced glitch electronica in Can’t Remember What They.

Finally, I have to mention Nochexxx's Smashing Your System – oh my what a track weird out-of-space experimental hip-hop with ranting distorted to the max, pure aqua crunk bonanza!!! Would fit nicely into Lazer Sword mix! And Envy's Set Yourself On Fire – what a voice, what a great music. I have to memorize this name definitely.

Please support the show by listening to the stream on BBC.

Mary Anne Hobbs Pacific Coast Clash pt. 2 TAKE vs. TEEBS vs EXILE

(Take's photo by Anthea Christensen)
Mary Anne Hobbs Pacific Coast Clash pt. 2 TAKE vs. TEEBS vs EXILE

Mary Anne Hobbs has been seriously hooked up on the West Coast sound recently. I definitely have the same view thus I really welcome another great show on BBC 1 radio – Pacific Coast Clash pt. 2 – a follow up to the show aired a few weeks ago (remember, this absolutely fantastic mini-mix by Nosaj Thing!). I am even more pleased as this show starts with another congenial track by this producer – IOIO. His Drift album to be released in June on Dady Kev’s label will be the record of the year – I have absolutely no doubts about it. Another great highlight in the first part of the program must be of course EPROM vs. Boreta 64 Bytes remix – for me personally, a new glitch hop / mid-tempo anthem. Perfect track, full of depth and making my head nod like crazy! Also check out Ikonika and Quarta 330. (BTW, Hyperdub rulez – absolutely the best label on dubstep / intelligent electronica scene). What is particularly pleasing for me as a Pole, was also a jazzy track from the Polish concept-band - BandFx presented in Headz Up series. Great music – check their myspace!

And now, let's hear the mixes.

First – Teebs, a young producer, now under the wings of mighty Flying Lotus, working on a new EP and album to be released by Brainfeeder. Light, spacey and melodic journey through electronic landscapes with glitchy breaks playing somewhere in the background. The mix builds up nicely and really helped to elevate my mood this gloomy Monday morning. Check out Dimlite – ‘Bad Dad Nr. 2’ [Kitchen Table Version] – what a strange track! Teebs is another producer I will closely watch in the future!
Then Take – another great producer hailing from LA working with experimental hip hop beats. He describes his music as: “A continuously evolving collage that leads listeners down the dust-covered road of bit crushed melodies and jazz samples over walls and walls of bass”. For real – this is exactly how he sounds. He has a few releases to come (a split EP with Nosaj Thing!!). Best mix in the show.
Finally – Exile. Exile is a very inventive producer, actually a big name in hip-hop circuits. He worked, among others, with Mobb Deep, Jurassic 5, Akon and Snoop Dog. This year he released critically acclaimed and pretty brave album ‘Radio’ on Plug Research label, made up of samples lifted from the radio. As he says: “Good and evil are present on the radio. With this record I express love in contrast to evil. I did not want to put an album out showing only my talent… I needed to share with the listener what I have learned from my life. In this case, the radio.” Thanks for sharing! Exile’s mix in Mary Anne Hobbs show is another tight and powerful piece of music. Experimental hip-hop in the best style of plunderphonics. Entertaining and original.

I must say that all the shows devoted to showcasing West Coast scene were absolutely stunning, this one including. Definitely thanks to a very interesting ‘movement’, comprising of fantastic producers boiling with fresh ideas and the fact that the entire scene seemed to gain the right momentum and move forward at interstellar speed. It’s great that Mary Anne Hobbs – an icon of dubstep and intelligent electronica – followed that direction. I hope to hear more from these regions on her shows.

Mary Anne Hobbes - Pacific Coast Clash Ras G Nosaj Thing MonoPoly

Mary Anne Hobbs Experimental_Show 2009-03-04 Ras G, MonoPoly, Nosaj Thing

Mary Anne Hobbes continues the presentation of prolific and wonderful producers from the West Coast. Nosaj Thing mini mix is amazing, the best electronica I've heard in ages. What a feeling for elegant structures mixed with glitchy beats! This music leaves listeners craving for more, much more. Nosaj Thing will be huuuggeeee! Ras G and MonoPoly sets are also fantastic. Another higlights for me are Joker and Pinch tracks. In general one of the best Experimental shows so far. LISTEN TO IT! It's a MUST HEAR!

Mary Anne Hobbes TV 10-minute documentary shot by MAH from her trip to the West Coast

Mary Anne Hobbes prepared again a delicious treat. In a much too short, two-hour show, she presented a surprising music tapestry and diversity of the US West Coast. Apart from many, great tracks, one can listen to a few interviews and short, but explosive live sets. Big respect for the depiction of this quite young scene (although many of the producers featured in the program have been active for years). In my opinion, the West Cost Rocks! can become for the American scene what famous Dubstep Warz in BBC 1 Experimental Show in January 2006 had become for popularizing the dubstep across the globe.

The cultural mem is spreading sooo fast! And that’s good as I really love what these peeps in USofA are doing right now. It is worth listening to MAH show, not only because of wonderfully diverse, creative and inspirational music, but also to get a feeling of the entire movement, its origins, locations and most of all – the creators who in the interviews show their honest and contagious enthusiasm about the entire scene which definitely is not another fad or hype boosted by marketing specialists, but a genuine, very modern style of music finally gaining the worldwide appreciation it deserved long time ago. Just listen to Flying Lotus, Daddy Kev, Kid Kameleon, Glitch Mob and you will hear what I mean.

The show covered a very broad spectrum of achievements,
…. from more contemplative and avant-garde, and great electronica, infused with dub-tech, jazz, spoken word or glitch elements. It’s worth mentioning here a real icon and institution behind the entire movement, namely Flying Lotus, and other producers such as Vaccine, Daedelus, Jega or Exile…
… to crazy dacenfloor smashing lazer bass / glitch hop and turbo crunk, with energetic live-sets of Glitch Mob from Low End Theory Club in LA and Lazer Sword and Daddy Kev from 103 Harriet Club in SF. Undoubtedly, for me these were the highlights of the entire show. I wish they were a bit longer – but still these few minutes sufficed to make my neck aching with pain from swinging my head to the crazy rhythm, even when listening to it via headphones at work. And I don’t give a damn about my colleagues sitting at the nearby desks looking at me in a strange way – but, what can I do, they listen to a veeeryyyyy different music, ha ha ha. Anyway, „Keep your hands clapping” as Glitch Mob shouts. Other No-Distortion-No-Fun Gods, i.e. Lazer Sword killed me again! I wish I saw them live, finally. California I’m coming! I promise. A trip to Low End Theory and103 Harriet Club for a party moved very high on my priority list of things to do when I finally reach USA (second place, just behind a visit to Spahn Ranch in Death Valley. Well, I have a penchant for a certain, infamous “father” of certain Family). Thanks to MAH’s Report the West Coast appears not only as a capital of dance music in USA - thanks to DANCEFEVER 5000 for this link), but also a real melting-pot full of electronic pearls.

Of course, some of these artists also recycle old or classic tunage (usually hip-hop), cutting it up, reversing and distorting without any restraints, which is a kind of trademark of today’s post-modern music as a whole, but at the same time they bring forth the QUALITY and ORIGINALITY in their productions which is missing soooo much from many other of today’s music scenes. Just for comparison look at the nu-rave/banger/nu-electro, each day one can find on the blogs tones of new tracks, remixes, re-fixes, edits, re-edits and what else, but very little inspiration and originality.

I know and like most of the presented artists, however thanks to West Coast Rocks! I learnt a few names whom I will definitely have on my radar in the future. I think hear mainly about Mono/Poly and TAKE. I do not know how had this happened that I have missed their music so far! Great electronic production, you will have a chance to agree or disagree with me after listening to a few mixes or tracks of the artists from these scene presented below. Another worth mentioning name is Samiyam with a beautiful track 0 Bricks. You’d better memorized these names!

One cannot squeeze the entire scene into a short program, but in my opinion, one producer missing here is definitely Mochipet , (Head of Daly City Records), a volcano of raw energy and creative power, present on the scene for years. His sound definitely fits in the scene along with Glitch Mob, An-ten-nae, Lazer Sword, Nosaj Thing and others.

Most of the artists featured in the MAH’s show are frequently played in the local radio from Oakland promoting the West Coast (and not only) scene, that is - Psyphy Machine Radio. I wrote about the radio on my blog some time ago http://doktorkrank.blogspot.com/2008/11/psyphy-machine-wietne-radio-internetowe.html

Best tracks of the set (apart from the smashing live sets):
Mono/Poly - ‘Red & Yellow Toys’ (Dubplate)
MIA & Rye Rye ‘Tictok’ [Ant-Ten-Nae remix] (Dubplate)
Architeq - ‘Sleeping Bear’ [TAKE Remix]
Daedelus - ‘Touchstone’ [Jimmy Edgar mix]
Ghosts On Tape - ‘Mogadishu Nightlife’ (White label)
Samiyam - ‘Bricks’ (Dubplate)
Nosaj Thing - ‘Coat Of Arms’ (Alpha Pup) – (anthem of the Low End Theory scene)
Sonido Del Principe - ‘Cartagena’ from the compilation album ‘Bersa Discos 4′ (Bersa Discos) (check this blog !!!!! – great heavy bass track heavily influenced by ‘Cumbia’.

You will find below a selection of mixes created by the characters portrayed by Mary Anne Hobbes in her groundbreaking music documentary.

Bassnectar – 30 Minute Guest Mix on Breakbeat Show w Jay Cunning 2009-02-10 - great showcase of Bassnectar’s skills. This guy is big! Check his Heads up EP and in particular Beats Antique - "Roustabout" (Bassnectar remix)
Mochipet - Daily City records podcast xlr8r
Great mix. Great music. Glitch hop par excellence. Period. And Michael Jackson’s remix on top of that (which I did not like actually).
And also quite fresh –Memkast by Mochipet
Mono/Poly live set Glitchy, free-jazzy set of distorted soundz and brave sonic excursions.
An-ten-nae – Antennae Dark Side of Dub crazy sound samples from kid cartoons, alternative hip-hop mixed with glitch and strip hop / wonky. Tracklist full of dubstep stars but also Marley, Pink Floyd, and a very nice edit of the hauntingly beautiful track of Gary Jules - Mad World (you definitely heard this e.g. in a cult classic Donnie Darko)
An-ten-nae - Excursions in Acid from a recently released Acid Crunk EP 3 was named the track of the month in xlr8r.
Daedelus - MAH show with Deadelus
Daedelus “Love to make music” Record release party 07 08 08
(Daedelus visited Poland in October last year)
The Gaslamp Killer - Shilo presents: We make it good. Mix Series vol.5
And finally, the classic track from Lazer Sword (or at least one of them – LL) – TITS MONEY

I encourage you to check the music of all the artists featured in the show, search the web, artist myspaces etc. Definitely worth all efforts! )

whoa DADA KINGZ come correct with this one, dadakingz.com son

Kolejny highlight to kawałek Shackletona - ‘The Rope Tightens’ Badawi mix, lada dzień na Skull Disco.

Lazer Sword - Blap to the future Megamix

Post nr. 1 w blogu muzyczno / filmowym. Trudna do sklasyfikowania mieszkanka turbo crank, raggaclash, glitch hopu, grime'u (czyli lazer bass jak zwie to krytyk muzyczny New Yorkera Sasha Frere-Jones) z charakterystycznymi głęboko zbasowanymi, ultra dynamicznymi podkładami i potężnym hip hopowym flow z przodu. Absolutny klubowy i prywatkowy dancefloor killer. Lazer bass to zdecydowanie fenomen wart bliższego poznania.
